DeLima Named NCAA New England Diver of the Year

A junior biology major at Northeastern, she was the '94 NAC champion on the one- and three-meter diving boards . DeLima also was named the New England Diver of the Year as she won the New England championship on both boards. She also won the three-meter event at the New Englands in 1993. She consistently earned Dean's List honors at NU and carries a grade-point average of 3.87. . . . Marshfield's Tim Gardner and Matt Kelley are competing for the Merrimack College golf team, which finished second in the season-opening match against UMass-Lowell and Bentley. UMass-Lowell finished first.
Jane deLima of Cohasset, who recently graduated after a fine diving career at Northeastern, was named Massachusetts' 1994 NCAA Woman of the Year . . .
