Boston Area Diving wins 2006 AAU New England Diving Championships

Katy Feng of Westford Academy won her first state championship this past February. The women's division one state championship had the 2006 and 2005 past state champions competing. Katy a freshman trailed the first nine rounds. With her two best dives left in finals she was able to build a 22 point lead over second-place. Katy put together a very strong list of dives for the state championship. The experience of having been in several national championship finals paid off for Katy she held her composure throughout the meet and was able to do her best diving of the season when she needed too. Congratulations to Katy Feng the 2007 Massachusetts high school state champion.
