RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Program participation and placement is at the discretion of the Boston  Area Diving coaching staff.  The staff  has full power to accept or reject any person’s application.

2.     All scheduled practices and meets must be attended unless arrangements are made in advance with the coaching staff.  Continual lack of attendance may result in suspension from the program.

3.     BAD Team suits are required to be worn at all meets.  Shirts, shorts and jackets are available through the coaches at a discounted price.  BAD team suits or other clothes must be worn on the awards stand.

4.     All BAD divers must be present to receive their awards at meets.

5.    Transportation to local meets is the responsibility of the diver or parent.  BAD transportation may be available, but space is limited and must be arranged, in advance, with the Coaching Staff.

6.     It is the divers responsibility to know when and were he or she should be at any given time and be there at that time.

7.    Program participation can be suspended or terminated at the discretion of coaches or the Boston Area Diving for failure of divers or parents to support BAD, for failure to pay dues, for failure to follow the Practice Expectations or the Travel Code of Conduct, or any action considered by the staff of the Boston Area Diving to be detrimental to the program.

Parents should read and discussed the above Practice Expectations, Rules and Regulations and the BAD Travel Code of Conduct and agree to follow all the terms contained therein.
