These forms are available at practice sites. It will save time to fill out in advance.

BECOMING AN AAU MEMBER WITH "ADDED BENEFIT" INSURANCE - IN THE SPORT OF "DIVING" - IS REQUIRED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR COACH.

PLEASE E-MAIL,  OR HAND DELIVER A COPY OF THIS MEMBERSHIP TO THE COACHING STAFF. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MEMBERSHIP IN AAU WITH "ADDED BENEFIT" PRIOR TO STARTING CLASS - YOUR DIVER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DIVE.

All divers must obtain membership with the AAU which costs $16.00.   A diver’s membership in AAU includes accident insurance and allows divers to compete in competitions. Memberships are good until Aug. 31st. each year. You may join for three years at a time. This may be done on line. Click Here then choose "Youth Sports"  the sport of "Diving", "Added Benefits". Our club name is "Boston Area Diving" our club code is "NEDI49DKB9". You must take the "add benefits"
