BOSTON AREA DIVING GIRLS WIN 2008 and 2009 AAU NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Fall Lessons Begin on Saturday September 19th at Wellesley College.

Springboard diving lessons are offered throughout the year on Sunday evening at Wellesley College.  We have two classes based on diver's age. Divers under 12 train from 7:00 -8:00 pm; Divers 13 through High School train from 8:00-9:00pm. Individual diving lessons can also be arranged during team practice times by contacting Joe.  Our Lesson Schedule is posted here and updated regularly.  New divers may begin at any time, space permitting.

Diving Lessons offer a fun, friendly learning environment using safety harnesses. At BAD, we use hand spotting to accelerate correct techniques on many drills.  There are typically at least two college-level coaches on deck for each lesson.

To sign up for lessons, please contact Joe Chirico at (617) 233-4837 or email at Joe@goBAD.com.  When you arrive for your first lesson you will be asked to fill out a release.  You should also plan to bring shorts and a t-shirt, as well as your bathing suit.

Parents are welcome to watch the diving lessons from the bleachers.
