Springboard diving lessons are offered throughout the year on Friday and Sunday evenings at Brandeis University.  We have three classes. Divers under 11 train from 4:00 -6:00 pm; Divers 12 to 15 5:00 -7:00. High School Divers train from 6:00-8:00.  Individual diving lessons can also be arranged during team practice times.  Our Lesson schedule is posted here and updated regularly.  New divers may begin at any time, space permitting.

Diving Lessons offer a fun, friendly learning environment. Lessons last for 2 hours and include training in the pool as well as in our dry-training room with trampoline and dry-board, both with safety harnesses. At BAD, we use hand spotting to accelerate correct techniques on many drills.

To sign up for lessons, please contact Joe Chirico at (617) 233-4837 or email at Joe@goBAD.comWhen you arrive for your first lesson you will be asked to fill out a release.  You should also plan to bring shorts and a t-shirt, as well as your bathing suit.

The training room is limited to divers and coaches.  The parents are welcome to watch from the observation area, upstairs from the dry training room.
