These forms are available at practice sites. It will save time to fill out in advance.

TEAM AND LESSON DIVERS MUST REGISTER WITH AAU AND HAVE "ADDED BENEFIT" INSURANCE. The total cost for this registration is $16 annually.

To register, divers must obtain membership with the AAU which costs $16.00. A diver’s membership in AAU includes accident insurance and allows divers to compete in competitions. Memberships are good until Aug. 31st. each year. You may join for three years at a time. This may be done on line. Click Here and choose "Youth Sports"; the sport of "Diving"; and "Added Benefits".
